At Milica SalonSpa it is our commitment to provide only the highest level of service in a professional and relaxing setting. Every guest will always be treated warmly. We strive to improve our abilities through the most advanced education. We continually search the marketplace for the newest technology and the finest in hair, skin care and nail products. At Milica SalonSpa our guests will always feel important and pampered!

Our Team

Milica employs only the most highly skilled, certified and compassionate talent in the beauty industry. Our Skill Certification Program requires each team member to learn & maintain highly proficient skill sets before they may give treatments to our guests. This ensures that you will receive the same comfort, quality and consistency with each Milica team member. Go ahead, try someone new!

The Spa

We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for you to change into a comfy robe & sandals, and relax in our fireside lounge. Here, you may enjoy seasonal fruit and snacks as well as herbal tea and spring water. On you first visit with us we will have a short consultation form for you to fill out. If you are arriving late we will provide you with as full a service as time allows.

Milica SalonSpa hosts a men’s and ladies change room with a vanity & amenities to refresh yourself prior to leaving. If you wish to have a shower after your treatment, please schedule it with guest services at the time of booking.

Milica therapists are trained in professional draping techniques; therefore wearing undergarments are not required for body treatments. But if you feel more secure doing so, go ahead. Your personal comfort comes first.

There are small lockers for your purse or wallet but please leave all other valuables at home. Milica SalonSpa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please turn off all cell phones and pagers and use a low “spa voice” to ensure that all guests may enjoy our peaceful surroundings. Children are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving services.

The best compliment you can give us is your referral.

Reservation Policy

Spa packages or multi-booking appointments require a credit card deposit. Milica SalonSpa has a 48-hour cancellation policy and we confirm all appointments 2 days prior. Please inform guest services at this time if you will not be able to keep your appointment If your treatment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice we regret that you will be charged 25% of the service. Note: prices subject to change without notice

Vive la Divas^(TM)! You choose the treatments…we provide the location. Invite your friends and bring your munchies and spirits or let us arrange catering. Basically… just come on in and take over! You decide how your party will spa: peaceful & soothing or fun & wild. Great for bridal parties, baby showers, teen/pre-teen birthday parties, girl’s night out, family gatherings…just about any reason to celebrate life!

Milica SalonSpa uses only the highest quality Goldwell Colours and Perms. All of our designers are trained in advanced colour techniques as well as advanced colour theory classes. We are commited to ongoing advanced training and embrace education.

Milica SalonSpa features certified Great Lengths hair extension technicians.

• Colour Correction by consultation only
• All Colour services include Blow Dry
• All hair service prices are estimates and could be more depending on hair length, thickness and types of techniques used. Your hair designer will be more than happy to give you a more precise quote either at a consultation or before your service begins.
